Well... It met my expectations... Which weren't very high, okay they were pretty low. Altogether I don't get why we had to have a human version but whatever. I loved the old songs but that new song was... Well in that situation I get why they put it there but it didn't work. It's just... Underwhelming overall. The actors weren't great. It felt stiff at times and the songs felt stiff not as free as in the Disney film, kinda forced. And why did this film have to be 2 hours long. There were times that I wanted it to finally pick up the pace. Anyway. I'll probably forget most of it by tomorrow (except the blue Will Smith, sadly that's burned into my memory). Also: THIS IS AGRABAR! (you know the scene...) and: Long live King Mufasa! (you also know that scene)
