I loved that this movie does neither take itself too seriously nor does it goof around too much. There are so many different styles, ideas and Easter eggs. Also, it acknowledged and made fun of the fact that this is not the first spiderman movie ever. At the same time it justifies its existence by using new effects and characters that not everyone already associates with the spiderman universe. While watching this movie, you feel like this is a comic book come to life.
